About the Site

The West Central Ohio Industrial Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and US 33, is currently one of the largest rail-served, greenfield industrial parks in the U.S. and the most fully prepared for development.  Recently certified as one of Ohio's first JOB READY SITES, the State of Ohio and City of Wapakoneta have invested more than $7 million in developing, testing and analyzing the site.  That work is done and the West Central Ohio Industrial Center's 760 acres are ready for development.  In fact, it's BEYOND SHOVEL READY.
